Even though the structure of the house was solid, because the outside of the house was worn and needed work, we felt it may be a good investment to have a little work done to freshen up the curb appeal. We could not believe how fantastic the folks at Custom Home Improvement were! Not only did they do a truly fantastic job, but they came in UNDER their estimate and under our budget. After adding on a guest room and repainting two downstairs bedrooms, we expected to have a big clean up job to face. But, Chip and his team were so professional they left everything immaculate. I have been telling all of my friends about Custom Home Improvement. They really did an awesome job.
Great job on redoing flooring and refacing kitchen cabinets. Mounted plasma TV. Updated electronics. Knocked out wall between kitchen and dining room and made sure that it was structurally sound. Kitchen now looks great! Would use them again, in fact talked to them just todat about possibly more work.
They just finished the wall modification to install my new LCD TV. Pretty good job with very reasonable price.
